Seminar 1
Teaching Grammar Through Guided Discovery
Presenter: Olha Lysenko
How to encourage students' independence? How to make learning more memorable? How to turn teacher-centred grammar explanation into a meaningful communicative task? How to overcome students' resistance to the approach? Come to our seminar to discover the secret strategies.

Seminar 2:
Test-teach-test framework for teaching vocabulary
Presenter: Kateryna Protsenko
Test-teach-test is a framework in which students first complete a task with no support, and while the students are doing this, the teacher is monitoring to see what areas are particularly difficult and need to be clarified, which the teacher does after the students complete their work. This is later followed up with more practice which should help the students consolidate what they have learnt. While this approach sounds simple to use, there are a lot of things which need careful planning and attention, such as the type of activities we set up, how to monitor, what to focus on etc. This is what we will be focusing on in this workshop.

Seminar 3
Effective Presentation Insights
Presenter: Tatyana Iushchuk
Being a great and dynamic presenter is a much-needed skill in teaching process. The way you attract attention, get your point across, interact with your audience, receive the feedback makes your impact.
The real pro plans thoroughly and designs creatively, builds clear and effective structure, delivers with enthusiasm and never leaves unanswered questions behind. The real pro takes the class on a journey and has a clear itinerary, enough supplies and understanding. What type of presenter you are and the ways to improve the skill we will be discussing at my interactive workshop.

Seminar 4
Practising New Language.
Presenter: Kateryna Protsenko
After the workshops focusing on the ways of presenting new language, we're going to have a workshop dedicated to the types of practice activities we can use to make sure students retain what we're teaching. We will discover the difference between controlled and less controlled practice activities, the focus of practice activities (e.g. manipulating the form, working with meaning etc.), and will practice planning and setting up those activities
